Marc Wiser, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Go Commercial and has been a top-producer in Philadelphia Commercial Real Estate industry for more than 20+ years.
Mr. Wiser provides a full range of comprehensive real estate brokerage services to tenants, investors and landlords alike, specializing in landlord and tenant representation assignments including lease, purchase/sale, transactions, strategic planning, consulting, marketing, and site selection services, as well as lease re-negotiations.
Mr. Wiser’s intimate knowledge of the local real estate market combined with his extensive industry background adds value to his clients by reducing costs and always managing risk.
His vast experience in advising tenants, landlords and investors provides his clients with a unique skill set perspective that most brokers cannot provide. His dedication to fully understanding his client’s needs and delivering customized solutions are the backbone to his success.
Prior to forming Go Commercial, Marc spent 12 years as Vice President with Legend Properties, he served as a Leasing Associate with The Wolfson Group, was Vice President of Retail Services at Mahoney Realty Group and Director of Leasing at The Rodin Group, all in the Philadelphia region.
